Upon continuing further from part 1 of blog....

The timeline continues from 25th March, 2024; continuing further in her studies along-with she came into another new relationship in around 2nd April, 2024 with a guy name Sagar Jain residing at Nerul itself, age 19 y/o, but here catch was that Sagar comes from rich background i.e. more triple times the Shreya. Both of felt in love and everything seems quite normal. This time Sagar seems to be a good person and he wasn't toxic at all. (as per statement given by Shreya) Whatever she used to tell he used to follow her, but after 20 days of relationship they started having disputes over small topics, for example: If Shreya says that let's go to temple, Sagar always used to deny and even if he goes still comes early from temple. This is just a small example what Shreya narrated to us. Like this they fought over many minute things, but still according to Shreya, Sagar was a nice guy and whenever they go out for a date, Sagar take her on a date in Shreya's favorite black car but once this black car became torment for her. Why you will get here further..

This black car was not just something normal, this black car consists of one-way privacy films along-with black curtains. Now you can get to know why this car was not just a normal car & by now you have understood what I meant to say by this things mentioning here. 

Anyways moving ahead in the timeline, around 24th April, 2024 demanded the same as Hardik Jain & this time she denied but it was without her consent and hence ended up with rape. She tried to escape from the car but since Sagar had locked the car with child-lock feature hence she couldn't escape. Now at this point you might be thinking that Shreya could have shouted and all she would have definitely got the help but whenever they go for a date they go to different places via highway route. But now here another catch is that Sagar had parked the car near one of the under construction petrol pump but there was a shop besides it and this shop belongs to Shreya's one of the friend name Akshat Shah. His shop had a CCTVs outside it, this was legit a co-incident but here none of them knows they are here, means neither Shreya was knowing earlier that this shop belongs to her friend Akshat nor Akshat was knowing that here in this car Shreya used to come always. How Shreya came to know that this shop belongs to Akshat? This answer you will get to know in the later half of the incident. And one more thing I would like to tell here that Akshat was even a mutual friend of Tanishk. Hence conclusion is that between Shreya & Tanishk there was one common friend name Akshat. 

Sagar continued with Shreya approx. till 8th May, 2024 but again this date turned into purgatory and this time they were not in the same black car, and this time, this car neither having any privacy films nor curtains, both forgot in there daily flow and hence ended up doing a heavy mistake. What was the mistake? Mistake was that since they were performing such kind of activities without having any privacy films & curtains everything was being recorded in the CCTVs which was placed outside the shop. But on this date, it was solely with Shreya's consent for the very 1st time.  And now even Akshat had watched them from his shop window about this and he tried to recall that he had seen a girl in a car somewhere but he can't recall it. As Akshat was with her during her sports coaching days. And viewing from window wasn't clear he wasn't even able to recognize the face. But then his curiosity forced him to see the CCTV recordings, once he saw the recordings he recalled that this was Shreya Jain his sports coaching friend. Then after seeing the past recordings, he wouldn't able to find the same car which they came on 8th May but he founds something fishy about that black car which used to come almost daily at same time approx., making him more curious he took the photo of that black car number plate and then he sent to Tanishk Patil as he was knowing that his friend is working in such agency where he can get access to literally anything. Tanishk 1st deny as it is a kind of privacy breach without having any search warrant or some complaint lodge against the car owner. But since Akshat & Tanishk were good friends, Tanishk agreed to it and hence they got the name of the car owner & results might shocked you as owner was Sagar Jain himself. Tanishk was just knowing superficially that Shreya is dating a new guy name Sagar, etc. but now he wasn't sure at all that both are same or not. So he further investigated seeing all the chats that was done between them (Shreya & Tanishk) because wherever Shreya used to go, she always used to inform him, not a single day was left where she haven't told. Hence, after investigating the chats Tanishk came to conclusion that yeah its the same Sagar which Shreya narrated before and so now Tanishk asked Akshat for all the CCTVs recording between 24th April, 2024 - 8th May, 2024 where Tanishk saw that they used to arrive at same time only almost all days and hence he calculated the distance from Shreya's house and that shop and got the calculated time from it and by now both Tanishk & Akshat were convinced that he is Sagar Jain & she is Shreya Jain, respectively. 

Now, Akshat started blackmailing Shreya with the CCTV recording that was recorded on 8th May, 2024 and hence Akshat told Tanishk to bring Shreya to garden in the night around 9:30PM and being in Mumbai this is quite normal time infact a quite hustle time. Here is a catch that Tanishk wasn't aware about this as this blackmailing wasn't done till they were together, and Akshat was having crush on Shreya and this thing Tanishk was knowing, so when they reached garden, Akshat asked Tanishk to wait outside only as he (Akshat) wants to talk with her alone, hence Tanishk agreed and they both went alone in the garden and this was the time where Akshat showed up the recording to Shreya and started blackmailing her, upon defending against Akshat, Akshat told that he would send this video to Shreya's father as during the conversation Akshat came to know that when she was in a relationship with Hardik, both of the parents were knowing but this time being in relationship with Sagar only Tanishk knows and no-one else. Taking this advantage he (Akshat) started blackmailing her and since they were sitting in the corner bench of the garden, Akshat demanded her for a Kiss and if she doesn't he will share the video to her dad, being forced many times Shreya agreed with it and hence Akshat fulfilled what he wants. But this didn't stopped him, infact he demanded more and started blackmailing her and hence both made a deal that whenever Akshat will call her she have to come with him to the backroad and fulfill Akshat's demand. 

After taking such a advantage of Shreya, Akshat decided to harass more to Shreya and hence he called Sagar near the same shop & he showed the video of both of them, firstly both fought but then Akshat told him that since both of their parents aren't aware about this he can easily share the video this made Sagar feel insecurity and hence Sagar ended up saying, "whatever you will tell, I will do for you." This made Akshat succeed in his plan and hence he demanded Sagar for Shreya but Sagar denied but upon blackmailing even Sagar, Sagar agreed with Akshat but with other deal that Shreya will be in common for both of them and this thing Shreya wouldn't know by any means. Hence situation was so worsen that Sagar used to use her whenever he gets time and Akshat started using her almost daily. 

Tanishk was unaware about it & even Shreya haven't told about this to him as she was knowing being Tanishk her best friend he wouldn't have bear it and would take legal action against it. But since Shreya was already fed up from legal action from her past incident of Hardik & her Uncle, she wasn't even ready to lodge an FIR, according to her it was so tedious process. But since I told earlier Tanishk belongs to prestigious agency, he many times used to go on the backroad where Akshat & Shreya used to go, for carrying out his Cowart operations for nation. On 17th May, 2024; Tanishk saw that in one of the corner Akshat & Shreya were doing some wrong activity but since it was a pitch dark he wasn't able to recognized both of them and hence to confirm he focused his bike's headlights on them which confirmed him that yes it was Akshat & Shreya. Upon getting off from the bike, he asked Shreya what was all this but even she don't want to talk rudely with him, she ended up talking rudely that Go away, I will do whatever I feel like. why do you care, mind your own business. Its my life & I will do whatever I want to do. But as you know, he was working in Agency, he is intelligent guy and hence he understood that something is fishy and hence he scolded her strongly saying - "you have to come with me right now or else I'll tell your dad what you were doing." Upon saying this even Akshat advised her to leave because even both of them were knowing Tanishk can't bear the wrong things and hence Shreya went with Tanishk where he dropped her safely home and at a same time he left for Shreya's dad office at Vashi. Shreya was unaware about this and hence she didn't even thought further and started completing her assignments. But when her dad came home, she noticed her dad wasn't in good mood as usual, but she thought it might be due to some of his business works. After completing the dinner, her dad asked her to sit in front of him and make her understood that - If she is facing any issues she can narrate to him as he is continuously seeing that she is stressed up and even her health is getting affected and what not, still Shreya tried to manage the situation and ends up saying that all this is due to exam stress nothing else. Her dad agrees after 30 mins of conversation. But then Shreya thinks the way he was asking it wasn't normal and she thought that may be Tanishk have told her dad something and hence she called him and asked what he have told to her dad. Upon asking him, he told that he have just told her dad - "You take care of Shreya, there must be definitely something which she isn't telling me. So far she had shared everything with me but this time it seems that there is something serious and she is not telling me, and it is affecting her health too. Being her best friend, something doesn't seems right to me, may be she is hiding something. So, please if it is possible for you then can you please talk with her today? Upon this her father agreed & rest you know."  

After knowing this Shreya got angry and hence she again ended up talking rudely with Tanishk and told her that he should not fall in her private space as its solely her decision. And lastly scolding for around 5-7 mins she ended up the call. But Tanishk being clever he was knowing that whatever she had spoken right now is because of something or someone putting pressure on her and hence he decided not to talk with her upon advised by Tanishk's girlfriend, till she comes and apologize him and next day immediate there was a party of all business clients at Shreya's house as it was organized by her dad. So, here even Tanishk's parents and even Tanishk was invited as Tanishk's father was also a businessman and you know Shreya-Tanishk being best friend. But after this all happened, Tanishk and even her gf asked Tanishk not to go for the party and hence he didn't. But in party even Akshat was invited because Shreya had invited her as they had made a plan to do everything in the bedroom as party will be continuing one side and this 2 inside. But this can have a doubt at her home, and hence since no-one doubts, Shreya had also invited her sister in the room. But now Akshat's plans changed and he demanded her cousin instead of Shreya, while her cousin was just 14 y/o. Shreya denied a lot but then after she gave him a permission. But what about that 14y/o, does she even gave the permission. The answer was NO. She neither gave yes nor no,  as she was sleeping after taking medicines as she was facing chills and fevers. Everything got over now and then when everybody left her house, Shreya shared this only incident with Tanishk's gf and this made her panicked and hence her gf advised not to even talk with Shreya now, and also told Tanishk that leave her alone and if Tanishk makes any attempt even to save her or help her in any other ways either she will leave Tanishk or else she would herself narrate to Shreya's parent, and even Akshat's parents. Hence, from 18th May, 2024 the OG friendship broke just because of Shreya. Now, neither Tanishk was in a contact with Shreya nor Akshat and not even Sagar. 

Everything was now sorted kind off but not legally (as per Tanishk's Statement), Tanishk-her gf would living happy life and on the other side Akshat-Shreya-Sagar living their own life. From 18th May, 2024 the life changed completely of all.  Sagar left Shreya after using her last on 21st May, 2024 while Akshat left her last using her on 29th May, 2024 and then Akshat fled to Bangkok, Thailand for his further life. Till date he had never returned to India. 

Between this 18th May, 2024 - 29th May, 2024, Akshat mindfully taken access of Shreya Jain's WhatsApp account & then he started messaging to all her (Shreya's) friend and all what he was speaking was just rubbish, this made her account blocked by her own friends and even he messaged Tanishk's gf and hence she also ended up her blocking. Then when one of the Shreya's friend confirmed 1st whether its Shreya or not and hence they find that Shreya wasn't aware about this hence Shreya started messaging from her Instagram account that its not her instead its someone else and according to her it was hacked but in reality it was never hacked but it was something where Akshat took access to that account silently.
