On 27th September, 2023; a 18 y/o girl name Shreya Jain was on a way to go her college just as a normal days as usual, where she boarded the local train (Mumbai's lifeline) from Nerul station and she have to get off at Ville Parle station as her college was in Ville Parle, so just following the normal everyday routine. She was Science student pursuing B.Sc. in Microbiology from one of the renowned institute. Along-with her, there was one more guy who used to board the same train and he was no-one else but her boyfriend name Hardik Jain, Age 18 y/o residing at Nerul. So both used to get the train and travel along together and yeah it is obvious if they are in relationship. The relationship continue genuinely for around 6 months without having any disputes, but suddenly on 12th September, 2023 ; Hardik used to ask her for the physical intimacy, first she disagreed but then after sometime she agreed and hence he continued with consent. Hardik took approx. 15 days i.e. from 12th September, 2023 to 27th September, 2023 but still Shreya was fine about it and hence every time she used to give the consent. And hence she allowed him for everything what he asked for, and even everything was going normal as what was done was with both of their consent so no worries at all.
Moving further, I would like to give some glimpse of their family background, Shreya's dad was a businessman but on a medium scale & her mom was housewife but sometimes she used to look after their business too, whereas Hardik's dad was an employee working in private sector and her mom was housewife. Let's move ahead now......
Shreya used to call Hardik many times at her home when no-one at home and sometimes even when her mom used to be at home she used to call Hardik, as Shreya had told her parents about Hardik that they are in relationship, and even Hardik had told to his parents. So, everything was sorted and Hardik's going Shreya's house is quite normal.
Nightmare starts now! on 29th September, 2023 Hardik arrived Shreya's house by 9:30 AM where they were supposed to carry out their college project, so as I told, her mom left with her father and now whole day they were supposed to be alone at home till evening 6:00 PM and this was quite normal for both of them and their parents too as they were together many times, etc. After half-an-hour, Hardik demanded to have physical intimacy, but since Shreya was having her monthly cycles she denied him, Hardik 1st thought that since she isn't interested in having intimacy she is making excuse. So, he asked again, this time also her answer was No. This made him angry, and he told her that she is making excuse, etc. Shreya tried to make him understand many times but he was not ready to listen and as a result he left Shreya's house by 11:20 AM. Shreya thought he will get back to normal when he will think about her situation with his cold head. And hence without having any further doubts she was continuing her further assignment works and yeah it is even obvious, then in a hour around 12:30 PM she got a call from an unknown number, and the person on other side was giving her Rape threats and that unknown guy told that he is Hardik's friend and since she didn't allowed Hardik to have intimacy with her now they are coming in evening and will gang-rape her. She cut the phone and she called the Hardik asap as she was scared of such threats, Hardik's call was out of coverage but after 15 mins when she called him again, call was picked by Hardik, Shreya narrated each and everything to him, but Hardik was telling her that nothing to worry, the unknown number wasn't from his friend side none him so someone had might be kidding with her. Shreya first agrees with Hardik's statement and further continues her work. then by 1:15 PM she got a message from another number giving the same threat again, she took the screenshot of it and sent it to Hardik but his net was off, so she decided to call Hardik and narrate but his phone was switched off. She even waited for around 10 mins but still Hardik's phone wasn't switched on. She even called Hardik's close friend, but none of them picked the call.
Now, Shreya was panicked, and she called her one of the best friend name Tanishk Patil, Age 20 y/o residing at Nerul itself, opposite to her residency. Tanishk was working in one of the prestigious agency of India and part-time he was Cyber Security Engineer from renowned institute. So, she called him and narrated the whole incident where he gave the assurance that nothing will happen to her until he is with him. So by 4:30 PM he prepared everything how to tackle the whole situation if anyone else comes to her house. He was ready with 4 different police teams at different locations so that they can dispatch as early as possible.
That unknown guy had told in the chat that they will be coming by 7:30 PM and will rape her, Shreya was feeling little bit fine also as her parents would arrived by 6:00 PM or last-to-last by 6:30 PM, but that day wasn't a normal day, her dad have to go for one of the important business meeting event and her mom as usual both come together so both her mom-dad went to event, so her mom told about it to Shreya and told her the expected time of arrival by 11:30 PM or it can be even late as event was arranged at Santacruz and their office was in Vashi, they went directly to Santacruz, this time was crucial for Shreya now. She was afraid about it & hence called her best friend and told everything, at that time Tanishk was at Agency HQ, so Tanishk suggested her to close and lock all the doors and to sit in her bedroom with doors locked if needed. She did exactly what he said and they were on VC continuously for 2 hours approx., so that she can feel secure but since I told Tanishk was at Agency HQ, he have to hang-up the call as his senior came. Now time was around 8:15 PM or 8:30 PM where Hardik with all his friends came to her residency and Hardik sent her voice message saying that now Shreya is gone. This panicked her and hence she closed her bedroom door & lights off, since her bedroom was road-side, Hardik noticed the same & again sent her the voice message telling "No need to turn off the lights, I know you are inside the house only, don't worry dear in sometime I'll be there with you in bedroom along-with my friends also & will enjoy all together." This statement made her frightened and she told them boldly that she had locked the doors hence they can't enter. In reply to this Hardik told "No problem Shreya dear, I already have your another key of your house, hahahaha (creepy laughing)." This panicked her more and she was literally crying and hence she called Tanishk for help but Tanishk was busy co-incidentally with his senior. So, she dropped the message about everything. Unfortunately, the floor where she was residing, her neighbors were out for vacation. So, now for her there was only one hope to save herself from these monsters is to pray the god. Around 8:45 PM Hardik started to enter her house with the duplicate key, but unfortunately he wasn't able to open her house door as it was having some difficult one house lock. So, now challenge for Hardik was that he need to open that 2 doors so as to get inside. He was able to unlock but after 20 minutes approx. Now, her house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 hall, 1 kitchen and 1 storeroom & from this her 3 bedrooms were on roadside. This made him confused and hence it was difficulty to find Shreya in a pitch dark, as she had switched off the main switch of power from the storeroom, after many repeatedly attempts, Hardik wasn't able to on as he was not getting why lights weren't on after even switching on. So, ignored this and with there flashlights they decided to find her room. Now they checked everywhere and only one room was left and that room was only locked so now they were confirmed that she was here only. They tried to open the door but it was not like normal door, her bedroom door was also of heavy material very difficult to break-off.
By the time they were trying outside, luckily she got the call from Tanishk where she updated all the recent activities and as soon as listening to her, he dispatched all 4 teams of police officials at Shreya's house. And to divert her from this situation, Tanishk made her contact with his one of her teammate named Anushka Jain, where Anushka was continuously talking her via chat so as to keep her busy from all such things and here Anushka advised her to lock herself in her bedroom's washroom so as to get more time to make her safe & for them more time to be busy breaking the locks, by 9:45 PM they were inside the bedroom and Shreya in the attached washroom, while Hardik and his friends were breaking the last lock of her washroom, police's team 2 arrived the spot by 9:55 PM and hence rescued the girl with lady officers. After all possible procedures Hardik was arrested and police called Shreya's relatives who was near by her house something around 20 mins away and her parents were having time to come but Tanishk called her parents and just advised them to leave for their house asap, not told what had actually happened as they were by car and this might give them Panick situation and can cause any other mishap.
Now, her parents left from Santacruz to Nerul, but by road it was around 50 mins to 1 hour journey, and this side her uncle and aunt arrived and as soon as they arrived police left with the Hardik and his friends handcuffing them. And time was about 10:35 PM. Now, Shreya was crying and hence she was with her cousin age 16 y/o in her bedroom where his uncle came in the bedroom and asked whether she is fine or not, initially she was ok with him so yeah she reply him politely. Then around 11:15 PM her aunt left with her cousin as her cousin had a school exam next day so as to sleep early, both of them went leaving her uncle behind unless her parents arrived. Now everything went normal until uncle's intentions got spoiled, he was peeping into her room every 2-3 mins and making inappropriate gestures making her feel uncomfortable, then he suddenly entered her room and started passing unnecessarily comments like all mistake was done by Shreya, why she allowed him and all and started taunting her as a typical relatives behavior. First she ignored him but as he got to know that she is ignoring him he locked her room's door and he raped her by forcefully lying her on bed, as a result he torn her Kurti and raped her around 3-4 times until her parents arrived, and while doing such obscene acts he filmed out and blackmailed her if she narrates anything to her parents then he will morphed such videos and sell it online to her college male friends and even on dark web. Due to this, she was in such a trauma that she didn't even spoke a word against him and agreed with him and hence taking chance Uncle ask her that whenever he will call her she have to come his (uncle's) house and even she agreed this just for saving her self-respect. Around 11:45/50 PM her parents arrived and their parents called Tanishk too parallelly, so he arrived by 12:15 AM and hence Tanishk narrated everything whatever he knows about what happened in their absence.
Tanishk did great work but one more act he wasn't aware at all, hence Shreya's uncle was still on safer side. Now his (Uncle's) courage increased further & as per T&C agreed by Shreya, her uncle started using her. One day fed up of all this Shreya narrated to her mother first as she was knowing that narrating to her dad is not a worth because her dad thinks that his brother (Shreya's uncle) is kind and helpful, etc. So, she narrated each & everything to her mother, upon knowing all this she (Shreya's mom) decides to take action against her uncle, so she went their house and told everything to them in front of her wife, but yes it is obvious that his wife will take side of her husband until knowing the truth. Shreya's mom tried a lot to convince her wife but since there was no proofs they failed. Then now her uncle took chance one day when Shreya went to college and as usual Shreya's dad to his office, he came Shreya's house and first he acted that he was sorry about what he did so as to get entry easily in the house, upon getting entry in the house, he forcefully dragged Shreya's mother to bedroom and even raped her for 3 hours. Then he did similarly filming and all as done with Shreya and said the same thing to Shreya's mom. Upon coming back home from college Shreya found that her mother was crying, convincing her many times and then her mom revealed the truth, but now both needy can't take action against this monster as he have their private videos which he can leak it anytime, so both of them bear pain for around next 2 months and as per her Uncle's T&C. Then one day both of them decided to narrate this incident to her dad, and as planned after dinner both of them (Shreya & her mother) recited everything what was going on past 2 months. This made him angry and being elder brother he called her uncle to their house where he talked face to face and cleared everything, firstly uncle denied everything but then her daughter (Uncle's daughter or Shreya's cousin) told that this is true and even he had raped her (own daughter) and now everyone was convinced including her wife, and hence they checked his phone where they found all of 3 people (Shreya, her mom, her cousin) obscene videos. Taking bold decision, Shreya's dad immediately reported to police and lodged the FIR against his brother. And hence on 13th December, 2023 her Uncle was arrested with all necessary proofs. As per records both Hardik Jain & her Uncle are in police custody at Mumbai Central Prison, Arthur Road Jail, Mumbai Central, Maharashtra.
After 1 month, i.e. on 3rd February, 2024; Shreya Jain was raped again. But this time, it was neither her colleague nor her relative instead it was her one of the College professor and since the college's labs, cabins, etc. lacks CCTVs, professor took perfect chance and raped her once in his cabin. Then on 5th February, 2024 they were having college fest, so he forcefully called her backstage and again he (professor) raped her, she called for help but since it was backstage no people over there and it was DJ night so music was loud hence her voice can't reach to people over there and hence that professor succeeded over there raping her for more than 8 times, every 10 mins. Then next day, i.e. on 6th February, 2024 he again raped her once in practical lab for around 30 mins making her unconscious (not knowing the exact time, this is the approx. time as mentioned by her in official statement) & hence professor succeeded making his safe side that if she reveals to someone then he would fail her in her both preliminary & final exams. No doubt she was a brilliant girl, but facing such traumatic incidents she was started failing in her terms exam where she feared of failing in preliminary and final exams and hence she agreed that she will not tell to anyone about this, & hence professor ask her to make him happy she should come every alternate days and also sometimes extra whenever he calls her, she even agreed to this as she don't want to get fail.
But since her health was degrading her best friend named Sanvi Jha suspected something unusual and she even asked her but Shreya didn't disclosed the incident, which made Sanvi more curious about it and hence she decided to follow her once when she will left at night as Shreya often use to go at night (and by now Shreya had started living in PG as daily up-down was too tedious). So, on 22nd February, 2024 at 9:30 PM she (Shreya) went out and as Sanvi decided to follow her, and hence she started doing the same & she saw that Shreya went inside staff quarters that too at professor's quarter. Sanvi became more curious, first she thought that might be professor may be leaking question paper to Shreya so that Shreya can top in both the exams, this curiosity made her bring near the window of the quarter where she saw that professor took Shreya inside his bedroom where Sanvi thought actively that if question paper he have to disclose then both of them should have stayed here only in the hall itself then why in bedroom that too lights still off. This make her smell something fishy going on and hence she tried to peep from bedroom's window so upon seeing the situation she could help Shreya, but this was her mistake that her shadow professor have seen and he came to know that someone is peeping from the window and hence even he called her inside the hall area, where Sanvi thought nothing much would happen as she had recorded the video also, so she went strongly and there all tables change and now Sanvi was also the victim along-with Shreya. Both of them were raped till 27th February, 2024 & on 28th February, 2024; Sanvi committed suicide. Suicide note wasn't found but Postmortem reports revealed that it was suicide. Even Shreya tried to give her justice but now things were getting more worse. Upon knowing such activities in college, The college principal instead of taking serious steps against the accused professor, he himself (principal) indulged in heinous crime. And hence Shreya have to drop her plan of giving justice to Sanvi Jha, as of now Shreya herself needs justice. All this continue till 17th March, 2024 unless Shreya's health weakened and hence she was admitted in local government hospital and this principal had strong connectivity with the hospital staff and hence none of the reports revealed that her health was degrading due to Sexual Assault instead fake reports were made by principal's wife stating that she had viral fever and what not. Shreya's best friend Tanishk found something unobvious and hence he thought that he will take over the case without any complaint by victim nor by her parents and he will take it as Cowart operation i.e. taking it as a personal case, then on 20th March, 2024 he secretly raid the hospital with his teammates and found that Shreya was lying in the hospital bed unconscious as she was given anesthesia injections and that principal was raping her, upon investigation Tanishk found that he raped her only once. Upon Shreya coming back to normal Tanishk asked her to lodge FIR against them but Shreya denied as she was fed up from all this police things and hence she just want to focus on her exams and she was feared that if her parents came to know then they might sent her abroad for further studies taking drop from here and she doesn't want to do that as the college that she was admitted was in top 15 colleges list of B.Sc. Microbiology and she was admitted with Merit rank securing 98.93%ile in MHT CET Examination. Hence she made promised with Tanishk also that even he will not disclose this incident to her parents. Tanishk denied being her best friend as well as her one of the good friend stating that culprits shouldn't be leaved. Upon convincing Shreya many times, she didn't listened to Tanishk instead she asked Tanishk to swear that he will not tell to our parents and hence will stop this topic over here itself & hence after 1 hour 30 minutes of argue Tanishk agreed with it. Hence thereafter everything was settled and hence she continued her studies from same college from 25th March, 2024.
